> [!warning] Work in progress > Please excuse the mess! > [!summary] > This segment of E Cesar Chavez (between Pleasant Valley and 183) has not significant updates in a long time, while the surroundings have changed significantly (e.g. lots of nightlife/popular restaurants). There also is no trail access on the north side of the river here (unlike the south side, along with both sides for the ~5 miles west of Pleasant Valley). ## Other notes This project is getting federal funds: > The project is partly funded by federal dollars awarded with support from Congressman Greg Casar's office. Additional funding sources include 2018 and 2020 Local Mobility Bonds. ## Timeline ```mermaid gantt title Overall Timeline dateFormat YYYY-MM-DD axisFormat %y %b Public Engagement : p_e_w_1, 2026-03-27, 2026-05-11 Construction : c 2026-07-01, 12M Latest Est.
